November 2025 Update on Kirkland Minoxidil Products

Effective Immediately

We have been informed by the Rights Owner of Kirkland Minoxidil, of the following restrictions and are taking immediate action to remain compliant with these product restrictions:

1.  The Rights Owner does not permit split open packs.  Quantities must be sold in sealed boxes of 6-month supplies shipped from the factory, i.e. 6, 12, 18, etc months all sealed in factory 6-month boxes. Per the labeling as stated on the packaging “Not for Individual Resale” no split packs (i.e., 1 to 3 bottles of Kirkland Minoxidil) are permitted.  If the Right's Owner or us discover any purchase is being resold in split pack format, we reserve the right to deny all future purchases.  

2.  Pursuant to USA FDA regulations, the Right's Owner has informed us, Kirkland Minoxidil products are not to be exported outside of the USA.  As part of our agreement with the Rights Owner’s, we cannot and will not offer this product directly or knowingly in violation of any FDA and / or cross border restrictions. If the Right's Owner or us discover any purchase is being resold outside of the USA, we reserve the right to deny all future purchases.  

Short Term Considerations

1.  There is a temporary shortage on this product currently due to implementation of lot # recording and other measures to ensure the above restrictions can be monitored and are subject to audit by the Right's Owner or other parties. 

2.  We are in the process of implementing new back order processing steps to screen sales to prevent the above restrictions from being violated.  This may delay order processing by 1-2 business days processing for all orders in the near term as we implements these procedures. 

Long Term Considerations

1.  We are looking to source other Minoxidil products at competitive prices which may or may not be permitted to be exported outside the USA.
