Tracking
If you order was placed on this website, please sign on to your account by clicking on the icon located in the upper right corner and then view your Order History to track your order.
If your order was placed on Amazon, please sign into your amazon account and click on Orders to track your order.
If your order was placed on eBay, please sign into your eBay account and click on My eBay and then Purchases to track your order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped the same day for payments received by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the next business day. Large orders and international orders may take an additional business day to process. We are closed on weekends and all United States Federal Holidays. All orders receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
USA Customers
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive. Large orders of a case or more may take up to 5 business days to arrive. Free Shipping is for orders shipped within the USA only (48 continental states). We do not offer free shipping outside the continental USA. Free shipping generally arrives within 1-5 business days.
International Customers
NOT ALL PRODUCTS CAN BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE USA DEPENDING ON MANUFACTURE AGREEMENTS, COUNTRY SPECIFIC RULES AND OTHER FACTORS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND FULLY REFUND ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA.
Please allow 5-28 business days for items to arrive depending on shipping service selected during checkout. In addition, during certain times of the year, or due to weather conditions or customs backlog, additional delays may be encountered. We understand receiving your order as fast as possible is very important and we do our best to immediately ship orders the same business day for orders received by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday. Sometimes your local post office may be holding the package for you to pickup pending verification of recipient ID or payment of duties or import taxes, if assessed. Duties or import taxes, if assessed, are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
For Hazardous Materials shipments sent within the USA, we recommend UPS Ground. Regrettably, UPS Ground cannot be shipped outside the 48 continental states such as Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. For USA shipments outside the continental USA you will need to select a UPS Air service such as 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air. We do not offer free shipping outside the continental USA.
For Hazardous Materials shipped outside of the USA, we offer UPS Expedited and DHL Express. Note: not all countries can receive Hazardous Materials..
MonsterHotDeals is certified for domestic transport of Hazardous Materials under Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials regulations and is also certified for International Transportation of Hazardous Materials by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) which will allows us to legally and safely ship these products to many domestic and worldwide locations.
Invoices
To view your orders and invoices, please sign on to your account by clicking on the icon located in the upper right corner. Next, click on the Order you are interested in to view the detailed invoice. If you need a commercial invoice for customs clearance, please email us at support@monsterhotdeals.com.
Expiration Date
We always ship the freshest product with an expiration date forward of 14-16 months or more.
