Tracking

Please sign on to your account by clicking on the  icon located in the upper right corner and then view your Order History to track your order.

Shipping

All orders are shipped the same day for payments received by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next business day.  Large multi carton may take an additional business day to process.  Pallet quantity orders may take 1-3 additional business days to process.  We are closed on weekends and all United States Federal Holidays. All orders receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

USA Shipments

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive. Large orders of a case or more may take up to 5 business days to arrive. Free Shipping is for orders shipped within the US only (48 continental states).  We do not offer free shipping outside the continental US.  Free shipping generally arrives within 1-5 business days.

International Shipments

We do not ship any Minoxidil Products to any destination outside of the US 50 States.  International distribution of Minoxidil products is prohibited under our distributor agreement.  Additionally we are not familiar with non US country specific import restrictions on Minoxidil which may be a regulated item in non USA countries.  We will only ship to the 50 United States (48 US Continental States for Pallet sized orders). We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed which at our sole determination or guidance received under our distributor agreement, we determine may be subsequently without our knowledge rerouted to non US countries.   

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

For Hazardous Materials shipments sent within the US, we recommend UPS Ground.  Regrettably, UPS Ground cannot be shipped outside the 48 continental states such as Alaska or Hawaii.  For US shipments outside the continental US (Hawaii or Alaska) you will need to select a UPS Air service such as 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air.  We do not offer free shipping outside the continental US. 

MonsterHotDeals is certified for domestic transport of Hazardous Materials under Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials regulations which will allows us to legally and safely ship these products to domestic locations.    

Invoices

To view your orders and invoices, please sign on to your account by clicking on the  icon located in the upper right corner.  Next, click on the Order you are interested in to view the detailed invoice.  If you need a commercial invoice for customs clearance, please email us at support@monsterhotdeals.com.

Expiration Date

We always ship the freshest product with an expiration date forward of 12 months or more.
