We may provide an additional discount under the following conditions:

• Orders of 1 pallet or more (576 boxes of 6-month supply) shipped in a single shipment within the continental USA.
• Orders paid by bank wire transfer.
• Repetitive frequent orders less than one pallet may be considered for discount after three months purchase history is established.

2. Quantity of Product 
3. Expected Date of Order
4. While not required for large orders, for accurate pricing, we need to know if the ship to location has a raised loading dock or forklift to accommodate a freight truck delivery.
